Shipping Policy for Rent-A-Saddle
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping saddles rented through Rent-A-Saddle. By placing an order, you agree to the details below.
Order Processing and Shipping
• Saddles are shipped once the deposit, first month’s rental fee, and round-trip shipping costs (both outbound and return) have been paid in full.
• Orders placed and confirmed before 12:00 PM (local time) qualify for next-day shipping, subject to item availability.
• Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
• Tracking information will be provided via email once the saddle has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
• The customer pays for shipping both ways at the start of the rental process.
• Return shipping is prepaid and included in the total initial transaction amount.
• If the customer decides to purchase the saddle, the prepaid return shipping cost will be deducted from the final purchase price.
Saddle Return and Purchase Options
• Saddles must be returned using the prepaid return label provided or according to instructions issued by Rent-A-Saddle.
• Saddles must be returned in their original condition, subject to normal wear, within the agreed rental period.
• Should the customer choose to buy the saddle during or after the rental period, the total paid for return postage will be refunded or discounted from the purchase cost.
Delivery Times and Carrier Information
• Next-day shipping applies to mainland UK addresses only. Deliveries to remote or international locations may require additional time.
• Rent-A-Saddle is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Damages and Lost Shipments
• All saddles are insured in transit. Customers should inspect the saddle upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours.
• In the event of loss or damage in transit, Rent-A-Saddle will initiate a claim with the carrier and coordinate a resolution.
