Refund Policy for Rent-A-Saddle

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which customers may receive refunds for saddle rentals or purchases. By renting or purchasing from Rent-A-Saddle, you agree to the terms below.

1. Rental Refunds

    •    Deposits: The security deposit will be refunded in full once the rented saddle has been returned in satisfactory condition, allowing for normal wear.

    •    Rental Fees: Rental fees are non-refundable once the saddle has been shipped, except in cases where Rent-A-Saddle is unable to fulfil the order.

    •    Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

2. Purchase Refunds

    •    Saddles purchased after a rental period are considered final sales and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.

    •    If the saddle is faulty on arrival or not as described, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund, subject to inspection.

3. Shipping Fees

    •    All shipping fees (outbound and return) are prepaid and non-refundable unless Rent-A-Saddle fails to deliver the product.

    •    If you choose to purchase the rented saddle, the prepaid return shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price.

4. Damaged or Lost Items

    •    Refunds may be reduced or withheld if the saddle is returned with damage beyond normal wear or if parts are missing.

    •    Replacement or repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit.

5. Refund Method

    •    Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

    •    Customers will be notified via email when their refund is processed.
