2. Rental and Purchase Terms
• To rent a saddle, you must pay the security deposit, first month’s rental fee, and round-trip shipping costs upfront.

• Saddles remain the property of Rent-A-Saddle unless purchased outright by the customer.
• If you decide to purchase your rented saddle, any prepaid return shipping cost will be deducted from the final purchase price.
• Late returns or damaged saddles may incur additional fees.
3. Payment

• Payment is required in full prior to shipment.

• Refunds for deposits will be issued once the returned saddle has been inspected and approved.
• Saddles purchased after rental are considered final sales and non-refundable, except as required by law.

• Customers are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of rented saddles during the rental period.
• Repair fees or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
